This Delivery Guide explains how Love 2 Haul deliveries work, when to expect your delivery window, and how to prepare your site for smooth, on-time material placement.

When will I know my delivery time?

Once we receive your request, our dispatch team will confirm scheduling, and confirm a morning or afternoon delivery window.

On the day of delivery, the driver will call the delivery contact about 30 minutes before arrival so you know when to expect them.

If additional notice is needed, please let us know when scheduling and we will do our best to accommodate.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please prepare the delivery area before the driver arrives.

Before delivery, please make sure:

  • The delivery area is clear of vehicles, equipment, or other obstacles
  • Pets are secured for their safety and ours
  • Gates and access points are open if backyard or side-yard placement is requested
  • The delivery contact is available by phone in case the driver needs instructions

Where will my materials be placed?

Our driver will place materials in the requested location when site conditions allow.

Common placement options include:

  • Curbside
  • Driveway
  • Garage
  • Backyard

Final placement may depend on site access, available space, and safe equipment operation.

How do I prepare materials for pickup or return?

If your order includes materials that need to be picked up or returned, please make sure they are ready and accessible when the driver arrives so the process can go smoothly.

Items should be:

  • Easy to access
  • Secured on a pallet and ready for loading
  • Ready for immediate pickup

This helps keep deliveries on schedule and allows our driver to load materials safely and efficiently.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a delivery?

To keep deliveries running on schedule for all customers:

  • Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Pickups or returns that are not ready when the driver arrives may incur a $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
  • Some pickups may require payment before scheduling.
